I graduated from Foy H. Moody High School in 1992.
I graduated from Del Mar College in 2002.
I graduated from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in 2008.
I earned an associates degree in Liberal Arts and a bachelor’s degree in Science (Kinesiology with minor in Spanish).
I am certified in All-level (EC-12) Physical Education to teach and coach.
I have attended many professional seminars like Teacher apps, Gradebook, Classroom Management, Discipline, Special Ed Inclusion, Diifferential class, including sports school clinics.
I am teaching Credit Recovery class at AC Jones High School and coaching at Moreno MS & AC Jones HS. This school year (2018-2019) will be my first year with Beeville ISD.
I started my teaching career at St. Anthony School as a PE teacher, Spanish Teacher & Coach in Robstown, Texas in 2009-2010 school year. I have also taught in Kingsville ISD from 2012-2016 as a PE Teacher & Coach. My most recent position was DAEP Teacher & Coach at Aransas Pass ISD from 2016-2017 before serving our country for 390 days in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri during the 2017-2018 school year.
I have been an Army veteran who has served for 22 years combined in Active Duty, National Guard, and Army Reserves and I have been a certified Drill Sergeant since Nov. 2008. I love to coach sports, workout, run/jog, play softball, play golf, play pick up basketball, attend Temple “I AM” church, go fishing & hunting, watching sports esp. baseball on TV and live games.
